The Royal Lakes Golf & Country Club Community is located off Georgia State Route 53 (Winder Hwy), almost midway between interstates 85 and 985, in Flowery Branch, GA.  In opposite directions, Atlanta and the north Georgia mountains are less than 45 minutes away. Royal Lakes has an 18-hole golf course, pool and tennis courts, with just over 330 homes with few sites still available for building your dream house. As a Covenant Protected Community, established in 1996, our landscaping, trees and natural flora are well established and maintained.

There are from time-to-time, homes for sale within the community, and while no search engine is perfect, we find that Zillow provides up-to-date and accurate listings. To find property currently available within Royal Lakes we suggest visiting zillow.com and searching on the phrase “Royal Lakes 30542.” 

There are many good realty firms in the area, however per policy we do not list them or make recommendations.  Additionally, the homes featured within these pictures are not actual ‘for sale’ homes, but are architectural examples of the homes in Royal Lakes.
