Property Owners
Royal Lakes is a covenants-protected community. One of the reasons people buy into a covenants-protected community is the assurance that the neighborhood, and its individual properties, will be well-maintained and cared for, and property values protected.
The property owners association (POA) ensures that the community’s covenants and established standards are maintained for the benefit of all residents. The association’s Board, together with its management company, addresses property owners’ inquiries and concerns. This is always done in a professional and respectful manner.
Below you will find the Royal Lakes Covenants and Standards, along with much more information that may be helpful to you. Also included below is the standard “Residential Change Application” form required prior to any exterior changes being made to a home’s exterior or landscape.

The Royal Lakes Property Owners Association, Inc. (the POA), via its elected board of directors, is the official body that conducts the community’s business, applies the community’s covenants & standards, plans for future enhancements, and functions to further the sense of a neighborhood community.
